Find a tree group in your community!
Ontario has a growing number of grass roots organizations working hard within their own communities to plant, steward and protect their urban trees. We hope that this map allows you to connect to your local group. Indicated are those that we know of but if you know of other tree groups, please let us know so we may include them.
On this page, you will also find links to organizations working within Ontario, Canada the US and beyond. We at the Ontario Urban Forest Council are inspired to see the dedicated energy being brought to support our urban forests.
Ontarians love nature. Thankfully, more citizens are becoming aware of the importance of maintaining our forests, not only in natural parks but especially in our urban environments. Communities & individuals are not powerless when it comes to tree protection and activism.
Our community map is currently down, please contact us at info [@] oufc.org if you are looking for a community group in a specific region.
